Hiring the Hall
Wrenbury Village Hall is an ideal venue for a wide variety of events, groups and celebrations. It is also the hub for community activities and local groups.
The Large Hall lends itself to larger groups and celebrations, ideal for a wedding reception, charity fundraiser or large club and has a maximum capacity for 200 people standing or 100 seated.
The Large Hall is equipped with a projection screen, high quality projector and a PA system with speakers and microphone. Use of the equipment is included in the hire price.
The Small Hall is suitable for workshops, training sessions or small parties or could be used as a welcoming area or bar as part of a larger event.
Both halls share the kitchen, ladies' and gents' facilities as well as the accessible toilet with a baby changing station.
The Hall is available for hire 7 days a week.

Letting Fees
A 50% deposit is required for all bookings of Wrenbury Village Hall. If the event is cancelled the following applies:
Notice given more than 4 weeks before the event - 100% of deposit is refundable
Notice within 2-4 weeks of the event - 50% of deposit is refundable
Notice given within 2 weeks of the event - 25% of deposit is refundable
Notice given less than 48 hours before the event - 0% of deposit is refundable
Wedding Parties - £400 (negotiable)
Christening Parties - £130
Funeral Teas - £130
Children's Parties - £60
Private Functions (daytime) - £60 weekdays/£100 weekends
Private Functions (Monday - Thursday evenings) - £60
Private Functions (Friday & Saturday evenings) - £100

We will then confirm arrangements for your event.
